Principal's Message

Lotus Academy is a unique Co-Educational and at present Non-Residential School Complex for children from standards Nursery to X gradually to be upgraded to XII standard located in a calm, pleasant and pollution free urban setting. It is designed to impart integrated education to children, drawing the best from Indian Culture and Traditions of the Past, instructing and helping them to acquire knowledge in Humanities, Arts, Science and Technology of the present and developing their total personality on progressive lines with a comprehensive mental outlook and self-confidence, based on sound character and good conduct to face the future

The academy seeks excellence in the sacred field of learning and fulfils a long-felt need in the country to provide modern education for our children with effective emphasis on the eternal moral values enshrined in our hoary tradition and culture. The appropriate environment for this purpose is ensured in the academy campus with the availability of a specially selected, highly motivated and competent staff and their constant proximity with the students, thus enabling a close interaction and absorption of ideas between the “Guru and Sishya” on all matters relevant to life and living in the community. Life in the academy is geared to promote respect for the very process of learning itself and reverence for the teacher, who helps in this process, in congenial atmosphere.

Lotus Academy, Doom Dooma was started on 1st of March, 1993. It is run by the Welfare & Education Trust, Doom Dooma. The academy is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. This academy is purely secular in character. The medium of instruction is English.

All students and staff will be provided in future adequate accommodation and other amenities for comfortable living.
